Michael is a mortgage industry veteran beginning his career in 2014.  His extensive mortgage experience has allowed him to establish strong relationships with lenders and vendors to better serve his customers. He holds himself to a high standard of communication and provides the utmost transparency through the entire loan process. Whether it’s putting his clients in a better financial situation through a refinance or helping navigate a new home purchase, Michael focuses on being a ‘real’ human being who’s there to help and educate on all home loan options. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with his dogs, and traveling.

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
